Finally, the long-awaited Photographic Guide to Tortoises and Freshwater Turtles of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos was printed and released during the summer of 2002.  The guide is intended to be used by wildlife protection authorities and national scientific/conservation community to provide a means to identify turtles observed in the trade and during field studies.
