Hieremys annandalii, seized in Hanoi from a March 2003 shipment of Singapore Airlines, sit in Soc Son Rescue Center.  Vietnam has become a transit point for turtles shipped by air from Malaysia and other neighboring countries.  The traders apparently planned to truck the turtles north to the Chinese border.
