Hundreds of Malayan box turtles (Cuora amboinensis), confiscated in a March 2003 seizure from a Singapore Airlines flight to Hanoi, wait in Soc Son Rescue Center, north of Hanoi.  The turtles, originally from Malaysia or another third country, were destroyed for lack of permanent placement.
