A new enclosure was completed for the TCC’s four-eyed turtles (Sacalia quadriocellata), thanks to support from the British Chelonian Group (BCP).  The enclosure includes a functioning stream and deep pool.  Contrary to expectations, the Sacalia appear to spend most of their time in the pool, not the streambed, and they tend to be active on land at night.
